Yes, you need a bar to in order to perform bar workouts during our live calisthenics program.

Can a beginner join this program?

Yes, This program is for all fitness levels. Even a beginner can join this program and learn calisthenic

What are the timings for the group session?

The timings for group calisthenics coaching program are 6:30pm - 7:30pm. The sessions will take place every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

What if I miss out on a session?

We provide recordings of our live sessions to the clients. You can refer to the recordings and complete your workout in case you miss out on a session.

How will I get my doubts cleared?

We have dedicated discussion sessions after our live session to clear your doubts. You can also ask your questions in the Whatsapp Community Group where our expert coach will answer your questions.

What If I miss the demo session?

If you miss our demo session, you can sign up for another demo session through the sign up button given below.
