The timings for group calisthenics coaching program are 6:30pm - 7:30pm. The sessions will take place every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
We provide recordings of our live sessions to the clients. You can refer to the recordings and complete your workout in case you miss out on a session.
