Our Story

Beyond Reps

Founded by Sharan Jolly- A Calisthenics and Bodyweight personal coach, It started off as a simple idea of helping people transform themselves with bodyweight workouts, but now, it’s a success story in itself. Words can’t describe our journey, but numbers can. House of calisthenics has grown into becoming a community of about 70,000 people, who came together to lead it towards something bigger.

I have been attending 1on 1 classes with House of Calisthenics for more that a month now and I can say that it has been really effective. I have noticed a lot of growth and progress. Earlier, I could not even do a single pull up and within a month I am able to do 3-4 pull ups. Classes are affordable and convenient! And also Sharon sir (trainer) is very polite and humble. He is very dedicated and helps you in every way possible. And also the class timings are flexible.

Sharan sir has a very good knowledge in calisthenics and helps to train effectively  in proper form with steady progress.
