Refund Policy

You acknowledge that the Seller is not obliged to provide a refund on digital Products and services  (which includes all guides and training programs) purchased through the House of Calisthenic website.

Once a download of a digital product has started or purchase of any services is made, you do not have a right to cancel the purchase and to request a refund.

Refunds for digital products and services shall only be given in the following limited circumstances:

1. If there was a technical issue and the content was never received by the buyer.
2. If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc)
3. If there was a duplicate order or payment due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund.
4.Trainer is not available at your booked time slot
5.There is any Cancellation of service from service provider
6. Failure in providing service from the service provider side
