FAT-LOSS TRAINING

Fat loss training includes HIIT/ cardio workouts targeting overall fat burning with bodyweight exercises.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training with bodyweight workouts for all muscle groups, divided into 4 training days: push, pull, legs and core.

FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY TRAINING

Mobility and flexibility training with routines that help you overcome stiffness by flexing muscles and stretching at different angles.
